Students are introduced to the different systems of drawing standards, descriptive geometry, technical drawing and computer drawing. Drawing and solving of geometrical and technical problems both by hand and computer drawing techniques are covered. Students are introduced to descriptive geometry, technical drawings particularly of mechanical engineering components, their sub-assembly, working drawings and also detailed assembly drawings. Also, they are introduced to computer drawing by using a computer aided design package.
